Engineer Hussam holds a Chief Engineer certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering Technology, providing a strong technical foundation. His educational qualifications, combined with extensive experience, make him a highly respected leader in the maritime industry.

Fleet Manager
Holds a Marine Chief Engineer degree from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport.
Engineer Hamdy brings 17 years of experience as a marine engineer and 8 years as a marine chief engineer, making him an invaluable asset to our team. His extensive hands-on experience & leadership in maritime engineering set a high standard for technical excellence within the industry.
Under his leadership, the technical team has implemented innovative maintenance protocols, reducing downtime by 35%. His expertise in marine engineering has been instrumental in optimizing fuel consumption and enhancing the overall performance of our vessels.
Ahmad Hisham
DPA
Equipped with multiple certifications from the Jordan Academy for Maritime Studies and a vast sailing experience,
Captain Ahmad Hisham has substantial expertise in fleet optimization and crew management. He began his career as a Junior Cadet and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Master Mariner. Along the way, he honed his skills in fleet optimization and crew management. His role as the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) further deepened his knowledge of crew management.
His tenure at Sea Bright at multiple locations underscores his commitment to continuous learning. He has been honored with several accolades from various National Maritime Authorities for his invaluable contributions to the shipping industry.
Mahmoud Reda
Agency Manager
With extensive experience in port operations across the UAE, Mahmoud Reda boasts a successful track record in handling vessel port calls, cargo operations, and crew logistics. He excels in ensuring smooth and efficient services in all ports across the UAE.
